Neosho hosted the Dementia Caregiver Support Group last evening. The group will meet every 3rd Wednesday at 5 pm. Caring for a loved one with dementia is challenging and is oftentimes isolating. As the disease progresses there are difficult changes to maneuver and it is beneficial to meet with individuals who are experiencing the same frustrations and sadness. This meeting gives community, support and education to friends and family by providing a forum to communicate. It is facilitated by a member of the Alzheimer's Association.
